An unbiased opinion from an experienced independent examiner can be an important factor in managing your medical, dental, or legal case. Moreover, an expert opinion from a qualified professional can benefit patients, clients, and third parties with respect to proper treatment as well as leading to settlements that save both time and money over court cases. As qualified and experienced clinicians in our respective specialties, we can serve you in a number of ways. As well, we can examine patients and provide accurate diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and outcome assessments.

RECORD REVIEW:

All available records will be thoroughly reviewed and reported upon in one of the three following ways, by your choice.

1. VERBAL CONSULTATION

        Telephonic or in-person discussion without a written report

2. UNSIGNED REPORT

        A comprehensive report of our findings that remains unsigned and can be discussed                 

        by telephone or in person

3. FORMAL SIGNED REPORT

        A comprehensive written report with signature that, again, can be discussed by 

        telephone or in person.

 

INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION (IME’s):

All IME’s are based on an in-office examination, a single panorex x-ray (if indicated), and a comprehensive review of all records provided. The IME fee is billed at a fixed rate, separate from all time spent reviewing records which is charged for in addition to the IME fee.

 

EXPERT WITNESS

Expert witness work includes review of all records provided, provision of report(s) if desired, and all time spent in preparation for depositions and/or testimony, time spent out of the office, travel expenses, and the actual time spent in depositions and/or trial testimony.

TREATMENT

On occasion, after examination a patient may ultimately elect to pursue treatment with one of us, if appropriate. This can be arranged for on a case by case basis. Click button below for more information.
